Sneak one in

Greetings, with all the cool weather it's "hard" to get a good run.  Arriving at home approximately 4:45 I decided to sneak one in before gets too cool. I ran a 5k and to my chagrin in 31:54.  I need to find a new running app; everyone have a blessed and God filled night.

A warm run

Howdy everyone, my wife and I enjoyed the afternoon by taking a run.  It was nice to get outside and enjoy the warmth before our share of the "cold" weather heads our way.  We ran 3.11 miles in 33:57; God bless and have a good night.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

I hope that everyone has had a Happy New Year and is ready to hit the ground running.  My wife and I went for a run this morning in preparation for Gasparilla.  We walk/ran "4.07" miles in 44:20 with a split of 20:50. That distance is in quotations because I think the app that I am using has a glitch; hmm we'll see.  Let's continue to give the Lord all of the praise and glory in 2014, lace up those shoes and lets run :)
