They call me, The Black Lantern

Greetings, a nice run this evening; uneventful, heck I was not even harassed by one of the stray cats.  3.00 miles in 28.41 with a pace of 9.33 min/mi @ 6.28 mi/h.  Let us see how my legs and feet feel tomorrow morning.  God bless :)  P.S. running with my headlight is a good and funny thing at the same time, why, I have no idea.
