I'm baaack!!! It has been a year and a half and man if feels good to be out an running again. People would ask me on occasion if I had kept up with it and my response was the usual nah, too busy etc. I found a good deal on some Asics and I could not resist. I am getting ready for the 2017 Gasparilla and figured that I should start early. I ran 1.02 miles in 9:08 with a pace of 8:55 min/mi. This is right about where I left off. Due to the comeback I posted a link to LL Cool J's Mama Said Knock You Out along with a pic of my new kicks, Heck Yeah, thank you Lord. :)
